Summer Camps

Is your child hoping to get an edge on their cross-country training? Do they need to work on their speed and endurance for another sport? Even if your child just loves to run, then JOIN US for our week-long camp where your child will work on endurance, race strategy, and developing correct running form – a must in all sports! We will meet at several different parks to ensure the maximum benefit from each session.

We will have guest speakers/specialists during our camps to help us learn to be the best athletes we can be. Our training runs will include endurance runs, hill runs, speed workouts, and core workouts....just to mention a few! Runners will be grouped according to ability. Campers will be encouraged to set and improve on their own goals.  If it sounds like all work and no fun - don't worry!  We always work some fun into our day!

Who can attend: Advanced elementary, Middle school,  and rising freshmen (younger runners may join with prior approval)
Campers MUST have a running "base" and be able to run a mile at around 8:00 (boys) or 8:30 (girls). This is not a camp for new runners.

On most days, the kids will do two runs per day, so please make sure your child is up to the rigor before registering. Our Gotta Run Kids 5k program is a great place to start. If you're unsure about your runner's ability, feel free to contact us.

Dates: July 22nd - 26th

Time:  8:00am - 11:30/12:00am

Cost: $200 No weather refunds – we run rain or shine!

What to bring: Water, sunscreen, roller, a towel to sit on (or dry off!) snack (if an extra snack is required or there are allergy concerns).

What is provided: A small snack and drink will be provided daily. Coolers for water bottle refills will be available daily.
