Summer XC Day Camp

Can't Get Enough Running?  Join us at Summer Camp!

Is your child hoping to get an edge on their XC training? Do they need to work on their speed and endurance for another sport? Even if your child just loves to run, then JOIN US for our week long camp where your child will work on endurance, race strategy and developing correct running form – a must in all sports! We will meet at several different parks to ensure the maximum benefit from each session.  We will have guests speakers/specialist during our camps to help us learn to be the best athletes we can be. Our training runs will include endurance runs, hill runs, speed work outs, core workouts....just to mention a few! Runners will be grouped according to ability. Campers will be encouraged to set, and improve on their own personal goals.  If it sounds like all work and no fun - don't worry!  We always work some fun into our day!




Ages: Rising 5th - Rising 9th (June) Advanced MS and rising freshman only (July) 

June campers must be able to run 2 miles continuously.

July Campers MUST have a base of at least 200 miles and run under a 7:00 (boys) 8:00 (girls) 

The kids will do two runs per day at both camps, so please make sure your child is up to this 

before registering. If unsure, feel free to give me a call.

Dates: June 24th - 28th and July 22nd - 26th


Time:  8:00am - 11:30am


Cost: $180 No weather refunds – we run rain or shine! (Please note refund policy when registering)


What to bring: Water, sunscreen, towel to sit on (or dry off!) snack - if extra snack required


What is provided: Small snack and Gatorade provided daily. Coolers for water bottle refills will be available daily.
